Inter Milan rejected an English offer for one of their players, as reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport. The newspaper mentioned that Inter received an offer from Newcastle United to purchase midfielder Davide Frattesi.
The English club submitted an initial offer, which Inter management deemed insufficient and immediately rejected. Despite the temptation of a significant capital gain, especially in terms of their balance sheet, Inter have chosen a clear line: Frattesi is untouchable.
Frattesi, moreover, perfectly embodies the identity of a modern player: running forward, dynamism, physical strength, and the ability to be decisive in front of goal. This is a profile that Chivu considers essential to his midfield.
