Ex-Real Madrid and Malaga player Isco is still looking for a new side. Even though the January transfer window is over, his future is supposedly very close to being cleared up.
According to 'AS', Konyaspor President Mehmet Akcan confirmed that negotiations to get the player to the Turkish side are in their advanced stages.
"It's correct, we're currently negotiating with Isco. I can say it, the talks are going well. We're still not certain we've come to an agreement, otherwise we'd say it openly. We're doing everything possible to close the deal", he said.
"We've got until the 8th February, but I think everything's going to be done in one sense or another, as soon as possible. Now we've got a chance to close this deal. We're positive about it", he added.
