Paolo Maldini could be close to returning to work after being removed from AC Milan. According to Corriere dello Sport, there are two possible destinations on Paolo Maldini's table: the Italian national team and Paris Saint-Germain. In the case of the French champions, he would be the direct replacement of the Portuguese Luís Campos, in case he leaves the position of football consultant.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of PSG, is considering terminating with Luís Campos after the resignation of coach Christophe Galtier, and thus opening a new page in the Parisian club.
However, writes Corriere dello Sport, the most likely destination for Paolo Maldini is the Italian national team, which needs to occupy the vacancy of head of delegation, after the death of Gianluca Vialli in January.
