Juventus defeated Venezia 3-2

On the last day of the Serie A season, Juventus defeated Venezia 3-2 thanks to a penalty kick from Manuel Locatelli, which guaranteed them Champions League qualifying. The hosts and Empoli were demoted. Juventus knew that a win would guarantee their spot in Europe's top club tournament for 2025–2026 when they headed to the Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo.

Ahead of a home finale against Lecce, Lazio sits one point behind them and ahead of a revitalised Roma team who travelled to Torino. Igor Tudor's Bianconeri had a terrible start as Daniel Fila gave Venezia the lead in the second minute. However, with help from some dubious goalkeeping by Ionut Radu, Kenan Yildiz and Randal Kolo Muani both scored to turn the tide of the match by the 31st minute. Ten minutes into the second half, Ridgeciano Haps, who had set up the first goal, pulled Venezia even after Renato Veiga, a Juve replacement, accidentally flicked the ball on.
