Juventus have reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to sign Guglielmo Vicario, ending their long search for a new goalkeeper. After unsuccessful attempts to bring in Zion Suzuki and Emiliano Martínez, the club moved decisively for the Italian international, who will join on loan with a €10 million option to buy, according to Sky Sport.

Vicario, born in 1998, is set to return to Serie A after three seasons in the Premier League. He is expected to become Luciano Spalletti’s first‑choice goalkeeper as Juventus reshape their squad ahead of the new campaign. The move marks a fresh chapter for the former Empoli standout, who quickly established himself as a reliable performer in England.

Juventus view Vicario as a key piece of their project, confident he can provide stability and leadership between the posts. His arrival in Turin signals the end of a prolonged search and the beginning of a new role at the heart of the Bianconeri defence.
