Phone Thitsar Min, a goalkeeper of the Myanmar U-22 national football team and the reliable keeper of Shan United FC who had an injury on his right knee and underwent surgery in Thailand in January 2020 is now fully recovered and ready for rehabilitation exercises, according to the statement with the Myanmar Football Federation.
Phone Thitsar Min had injured his knee during a training session with the Myanmar U-22 team in the second week of October, ahead of the 2019 SEA Games and missed important matches of the men’s football event of the 2019 SEA Games in the Philippines.
After a two-month rest, Phone Thitsar is now doing his rehabilitation exercises after making medical check-ups for his physical wellness on 16 July.
The Myanmar Football Federation helped Phone Thitsar pay for the operation, and football fans will see him on the pitch in future, according to the MFF statement.
