Kevin De Bruyne transfer saga sees a new development with several fresh offers

Kevin De Bruyne has not yet ruled out a move to another Premier League team, but he is still deliberating on his future, primarily between Napoli and Chicago Fire. The 33-year-old spoke with Aurelio De Laurentiis, the owner of Napoli, for 25 minutes, although it is believed that talks are not as far along as they have been in Italy. De Laurentiis said that De Bruyne had already purchased a property there.

Even if the most alluring offer to yet has come from the new Italian champions, De Bruyne is still analysing his options and taking Napoli's managerial position into account. Title-winning manager Antonio Conte is said to be returning to Juventus in Serie A. At least compared to even a month ago, Napoli has made great progress. De Bruyne came close to agreeing to a transfer to the Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer prior to their interest.
