Bayern Munich had been craving for a successful man such as Carlo Ancelotti. Pep Guardiola is also a world class manager, but if there is someone who has proved his worth in every place he's been throughout his trajectory, that man is Carlo Ancelotti. During his time as a coach he has won many accolades and has managed some of the most memorable teams in football history. Now that he is at Bayern Munich, Mr. Ancelotti is a man who will surely take such a huge club like Bayern Munich back to the victory road on the international level.
A silent leader, a man who isn't too vocal when he commands, Ancelotti is beloved by all his players and respected as one of the very best in history. His past as a player gives him that understanding of the player that very few other managers have, one of these players is Juventus midfielder Sami Khedira who trained under him back in Real Madrid. During an interview with Bild, he predicted that Ancelotti will bring a whole lot of success to the club.
Talking to Sport Bild, Khedira is convinced that Ancelotti will make Bayern a far better team than they already are: "The door to his office was always open, he always took the time. He never really screams. I have never experienced that 25 players are never mad at their coach in some way. Ancelotti has perfected team leadership. The fact that stars like Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo wanted to keep hold of him against the will of the club [Real Madrid] is already something extraordinary. In summary: tactically and technically he is great, but most outstanding are his human qualities. Ancelotti will do Bayern good and make them perhaps even more dangerous."
