Germany manager Jurgen Klopp has unveiled a massive 44-man squad for his inaugural training camp, handing sixteen players their very first international call-ups. To manage a demanding schedule of four matches in two weeks, the former Liverpool boss took the highly unusual step of dividing his players into two separate squads rather than forming a traditional hierarchy.
The first group will target fixtures against the Netherlands and Greece, while the second tackles Serbia and a reverse Greece clash. Joshua Kimmich retains the captain's armband, shifting back to central midfield, while Marc-Andre ter Stegen secures the starting goalkeeper spot.
