Kevin-Prince Boateng has strongly been linked with a move to Italian Club Sassuolo.
The 30-year-old has emerged a summer target for the Serie A Club who are said to have been in talks with the player.
Boateng according to reports have already agreed a three-year contract with Sassuolo.
The Ghanaian international will be leaving German Club Eintretch Frankfurt after just one season with the Club.
He joined Frankfurt from Spanish La Liga side Las Palmas where he excelled immensely by scoring ten League goals for the Club but opted to Frankfurt in order to get close to his family.
The former Borussia Dortmund and Schalke O4 star is returning to Italy where he had a successful time with giants AC Milan by winning the Serie A title with the Club.
The midfielder spent some time with English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur where he struggled to break into the starting team but eventually had a fruitful spell with Portsmouth.
