And the most recent, Sport said, were the group around the previously mentioned Paredes. For his part, Argentine international Paredes is coming off of an outstanding finish to the season with AS Roma in Serie A. Because of Barcelona's past interest in the 30-year-old and the current precarious financial circumstances at Camp Nou, his agents have been in contact with the Blaugrana with regards to a possible summer signing.
