Liverpool 2 Leicester City 1

An English Premier League match on Friday resulted in Leicester City defenders scoring two own goals. Before the game, Liverpool's Anfield Stadium and players paid homage to Brazilian football legend Pele, who died Thursday at the age of 82. Liverpool and Leicester City observed a minute of silence and wore black armbands in honour of Pele. English Premier League match-winner Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored the opening goal in the fourth minute.

Wout Faes, an English defender, scored two own goals in the 38th and 45th minutes, which resulted in two own goals for him. Liverpool are in sixth place with 28 points in 16 games. Leicester City are in the lower portion of the table with 17 points. Alisson Becker, the Brazil goalkeeper, continued his excellent play after he was thrust into a big situation. Harvey Barnes's shot in the second half was saved by Alisson Becker, who is known for his heroic saves.
