Ozan Kabak is serving his short-term loan at Anfield and as per the agreements with Schalke the centre-back could be bought by Liverpool for £18million, though Reds are currently working on a strategy to sign the player on for a lower amount. Kabak signed a deal with Reds in the January transfer window to make up for the loss of injured trio Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip.
The Turkey international has been great this season with the potential to achieve much more and worked with Nat Phillips in central defense. Reds would then try to sign the player once he moves back to Schalke as they believe they could then negotiate a lower price for the player as Liverpool was knee-deep in trouble in January and did not have a lot of bargaining power.
