Liverpool hampered by a new injury issue

Liverpool's demoralising loss against Tottenham over the weekend was hampered by a new injury issue. Despite scoring the Reds' goal in north London, Cody Gakpo was taken off early and now faces a layoff. Fortunately for Jurgen Klopp, aside from Thiago Alcantara's increasingly customary absence, his team is now reasonably injury-free. Conor Bradley and Stefan Bajcetic, both are currently missing as well.

After being replaced at halftime on Sunday, Dutch forward Gakpo was spotted leaving Tottenham with a brace on his knee. Although it is still early, the club will put its player through the necessary scans and testing this week. Reports indicate that he should be able to return in around six weeks. Before Cody Gakpo scored, we had a free-kick, and he sustained an injury. He is currently wearing a brace and walking down the hallway, according to Klopp.
