Liverpool linked with so many midfielders during the summer transfer window

Liverpool were linked with so many midfielders during the summer transfer window. Andre Trindade, a player for Fluminense, was one whose name was frequently mentioned. The 22-year-old Brazilian is said to be interested in moving to Anfield, and while a deal didn't materialise this summer, Fabrizio Romano said on the Here We Go Podcast that a transfer to Anfield may still be in the works down the road because Liverpool continue to value the player. Although Andre may be a player Liverpool enjoys, we have to wonder if they still require him following their summer hiring spree. In all honesty, Liverpool only needed four midfielders this summer and probably doesn't need any more.

Although Andre is talented, Stefan Bajcetic, Harvey Elliott, and Curtis Jones are also, making it unlikely that the Reds would pursue him any time soon.
