Manchester United and their right back prospects this summer

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to ink a deal with Atletico Madrid right-back Kieran Trippier but has few more alternatives to choose from this summer. Solskjaer could consider a long-term investment in the form of Norwich full-back Max Aarons, who led the team to two Championship titles in the last three years. Next, Achraf Hakimi could serve as an attacking alternative to Wan-Bissaka, netting 7 goals with 11 assists for Inter Milan this season he has proved his worth in the midfield role.

Lyon right-back Leo Dubois could also be considered in the attacking list after his successful season in Ligue 1. Diogo Dalot could serve as a backup for Wan-Bissaka even if his loan spell with AC Milan did not go all the well. Ethan Laird also holds a lot of potential which was visible from his loan spell with MK Dons in League One. Solskjaer has a lot of options to consider before settling on just one.
