Manchester United are reportedly exploring a surprise summer move for Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish, according to journalist Miguel Delaney. Writing in his Reading the Game newsletter, Delaney revealed that Grealish, 29, could be open to a transfer, although any deal remains at an early, speculative stage.
United are prioritising attacking reinforcements this summer, with interest in Wolves forward Matheus Cunha and City youngster Liam Delap. However, the potential signing of Grealish – a £100 million arrival at City from Aston Villa in 2021 – would be a blockbuster deal. The England international has struggled for consistent starts at City this season, scoring three goals and providing five assists in 32 appearances. Grealish was previously linked with United before his City move, and a renewed pursuit could depend on player sales and squad restructuring at Old Trafford.
