Manchester City have added Pedro Neto to their shortlist as they prepare for the next transfer window, according to the Daily Mail. The Premier League champions are accelerating their search for a winger amid the likely departure of Savinho, who is in negotiations with Tottenham and could leave a vacancy in Pep Guardiola’s squad.
Neto joined Chelsea two seasons ago, during Enzo Maresca’s spell at Stamford Bridge, and had already attracted City’s interest before that move. His strong relationship with Maresca could favour a reunion, with the Italian manager reportedly endorsing the idea.
City’s scouting at Chelsea does not stop with Neto. While talk around Enzo Fernández has cooled, Malo Gusto remains under evaluation, though his £75 million valuation is considered excessive.
