

Mehdi Taremi, an Iranian attacker, signed with Inter Milan on Saturday, the Italian football giant announced. According to a statement from Inter, Taremi, 31, inked a deal with the Nerazzurri that runs through 2027.
Declaring that his time as an Inter player is "like a dream and the best moment" of his life, Taremi expressed his happiness to Inter fans. After playing four seasons in Portugal, he departed Porto. Taremi helped Porto win three Portuguese Cups and a Portuguese championship with 91 goals in 182 games. In 85 games, Taremi netted 50 goals for Iran. Additionally, he competed for his nation in the 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cups. Taremi played for Portugal's Rio Ave, Qatar's Al-Gharafa, and Iran's Persepolis before to joining Porto. Taremi now becomes the first Iranian player in Inter's history to join them at San Siro.
