According to Italian media, Milan is contemplating a bold move to sign free agent Sergio Reguilon. The Rossoneri's representatives have reportedly reached out to Milan in an attempt to persuade them to sign the seasoned defender in order to increase squad depth. Despite the transfer window closing yesterday evening, Massimiliano Allegri's team may not be done in the market, according to CalcioMercato's report via MilanNews24. Although talks are not yet underway, the reports state that if Allegri approaches sporting director Igli Tare for the extra reinforcement, a move cannot be ruled out.
In the past six years, Sergio Reguilon has played for six different clubs, making him somewhat of a journeyman. After spending the 2019–20 season on loan with Sevilla, where he won the Europa League, the 28-year-old, who began his career with Real Madrid, signed for Tottenham Hotspur the same summer.
