Milan is back at the summit once more

Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice to help Milan’s chase for the top place finish when they succeeded in containing Napoli and ended the match with 3-1 at Stadio San Paolo.

Ibrahimovic scored on either side of the half to let his strong presence be known. he showed his fast pace and skills were no match for the 10-man Napoli. The Rossoneri replaced Sassuolo whose time at the top was short-lived after they won by 2-0 against Hellas Verona. Even with an injury, the veteran striker was lethal on the field scoring his 8th goal of the season within 20 minutes in the first half. Dries Mertens did give a fighting chance for Napoli but the red card to Tiemoue Bakayoko couldn’t have come at a worse time for Napoli. Jens Petter Hauge later sealed their win by pushing past Meret in the top right corner.
