Monaco and Marseille book their tickets for the Champions League

Marseille defeated Le Havre 3-1 in Ligue 1 on Saturday thanks to a spectacular late goal from Mason Greenwood, guaranteeing their spot in the Champions League for the upcoming season. Monaco overcame Lyon to guarantee their own place at the top table in Europe. Even though Amine Gouiri put the visitors ahead, Marseille's victory against relegation-threatened Le Havre seemed to be a disappointing one.

Issa Soumare equalized for Le Havre after play resumed after the game was delayed for almost 30 minutes in the second half because of disturbances brought on by Marseille fans in the stadium's home sections. But with five minutes remaining, Greenwood's moment of magic gave Marseille the lead again with a strong long-range effort, his 19th goal of the Ligue 1 season. Coach Roberto De Zerbi rushed down the touchline to participate in the celebrations with his players and the traveling supporters after Gouiri's second goal of the game clinched the victory in stoppage time.
