PSG climbs closer to leaders Lille after a 3-0 win over Nimes. Without suspended Neymar, the side cruised to a clean win over Nimes in Ligue 1 on Wednesday. Angel di Maria first took advantage of a misplaced pass and opened the score in the 17th minute at Parc des Princes and later Pablo Sarabia doubled the lead a few minutes later. In the second half Kylian Mbappe pushed in the third goal with a superb curling strike from 20 yards away putting PSG in the lead and sealing the win early, this was his 15th goal of the season.
PSG is searching for the opportunity to take the top spot from Lille after the 3-2 defeat at the hands of Lorient. On the other hand, Lille took advantage to extend their lead at the top with their fifth back-to-back win as they defeated Bordeaux 3-0.
