Paris Saint-Germain could be looking to bolster its midfield

It's possible that Paris Saint-Germain wants to strengthen its midfield before the summer transfer window ends. Cher Ndour and Gabriel Moscardo were both loaned out by the capital club to Beşiktaş and Stade de Reims, respectively. In the last days before the window shuts, the Ligue 1 winners are pressed for time to make any final-minute roster changes before turning their full attention to the 2024–25 campaign.

Richard Rios of Palmeiras is one of the midfield targets that have come to light this week. Antena 2 Deportes recently revealed that PSG had offered the Brazilian club €20 million for the 24-year-old Colombian player. Rios has been connected to prestigious European teams this summer, including Manchester United and AC Milan. His performance in the 2024 Copa América, when he helped Colombia go to the final before losing to Argentina, made him well-known.
