Pires is convinced Ibra is impossible to replace at PSG

There is no need to go further with the assertion that Zlatan Ibrahimovic, is one of the best players in recent football history and one of the best players today. For all the people who follow French club Paris Saint Germain, it's a very tough cookie to swallow that Ibra has decided not to continue as a player of the French giants. There are literally a handful of players who could actually fill the void that he is leaving behind him, and all those players are very happy at the clubs they are in right now.

Among the top names that Paris Saint Germain could go after, are the top players in the world today. They attempted to sign Messi back in 2014, they have tried to sign Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar several times, Paul Pogba has already told them that he isn't interested in leaving Juventus at the moment. Those are the only players who could actually fill Zlatan's void, it appears that PSG will really struggle to find a decent substitute. To French former midfielder Robert Pires, this is quite evident.

Talking to Omnisport, Pires said: “He will leave an empty space at PSG because he left his mark since coming to the club with what he did, what he said and the goals scored. Now the PSG board will have to think about who will replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic. I think it will be very difficult. I have no idea. I thought Robert Lewandowski but he extended his contract with Bayern. It could be Neymar but they will have to spend a lot of money for him."
