Kylian Mbappe scored his 100th goal for Paris Saint-Germain to help them defeat Montpellier to stay at the top of the Ligue 1 table with Marseille and Lille breathing down their neck. The current French leaders secured a 3-1 win over Montpellier as well as Mbappe's century accumulated in his 137 games for the club, while he converted Layvin Kurzawa’s pass from a close range at the last minute.
English striker Stephy Mavididi had left PSG’s win dicey after he equalized in the 40th minute taking Colin Dagba’s lead. But Montpellier had no answer to Moise Kean’s fine finish in the 76th minute giving the visitors their lead back.
