PSV Eindhoven 5-1 win over Rangers

The second leg in Eindhoven was evenly matched after the first game ended in a 2-2 draw last week in Glasgow. Andre Ramalho was benched by Peter Bosz, and Jerdy Schouten took the field in place of him. Rangers had the initiative to open the game, but PSV had the first significant chances, with Joey Veerman testing Jack Butland and Luuk de Jong missing with a header. Ismael Saibari also had a fantastic opportunity, but Butland's foot stopped his attempt.

PSV did grab the lead in the 35th minute when Saibari headed home a cross from Joey Veerman. Before the halftime, Johan Bakayoko came close to making it 2-0 but his effort missed. Saibari extended the advantage early in the second half by converting from close range after De Jong had redirected the ball into his path.
