Rangers gearing up for a summer rebuild

The Belgian manager, Philippe Clement, has been working tirelessly to reshape his squad ahead of the upcoming season. Igamane, a Moroccan striker, will soon join recent recruits Jefte, Oscar Cortes, Clinton Nsiala, and Connor Barron as part of the new look team.

The deal for Igamane, worth £1.5m, is close to being finalized, with the player expected to arrive in Scotland shortly to complete the switch.

Aside from strengthening the squad, Rangers are also anticipating several departures this summer, following the end of contracts for players like Kemar Roofe and Jon McLaughlin.

Speculation is rife about potential exits this summer, with James Tavernier and Connor Goldson being linked to moves to Saudi Arabia. In addition, up to five other players could be moving on, including Sam Lammers and Ianis Hagi, who are not in plans for the future at Ibrox.
