Rangers target has agreed to join Barcelona instead for £9m

Pablo Torre, a target for Rangers, is poised to join Barcelona instead. The £9 million wonderkid has decided to join the La Liga giants. Barcelona has gone from a busted flush to one of the most in-form sides in European football in the blink of an eye. Five of their last seven games have been won by this team. A side that has scored four goals in four games, including victories over Napoli, Atletico Madrid, Valencia, and Athletic Bilbao.

However, given that Barcelona – reportedly cash-strapped Barcelona – signed Ferran Torres, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Adama Traore during the January transfer window, some improvement was perhaps to be expected. The Racing Santander playmaker, who has a £9 million release clause in his contract, is now dotting the Is and crossing the Ts as Barcelona edge ever closer to one of the most talented young players in Spanish football.
