Raul sees Bale as Real Madrid's future

This last European Championship was the best way for Gareth Bale to prove all the fans around the world that he truly is a world class superstar. His performances with Wales were simply outstanding and he will surely get to a point where he can be considered the best player in the world or at least get to the podium. For now, we can all rest assured that he is on the right track, he left the Real Madrid fans happy because they now know that they can completely trust him whilst Ronaldo gets better from his injury.

It's still unclear how much time will Ronaldo be out of competition, the doctors gave him from 6 to 8 weeks of recovery but you all know how tricky these knee problems tend to be. But there is no reason to feel desperate or sad, Gareth Bale is here to save the day or more like the whole first quarter of the season if Ronaldo doesn't make it in time. To club legend Raul Gonzalez Blanco, Bale is the right man to take Los Blancos to a new era where Ronaldo is already retired.

Talking to Diario AS, Raul analyzed Gareth Bale's situation for the near and distant future for Real Madrid: "He has scored big goals for Madrid and you can see that he is more and more integrated in the club and really understands the club's values. He looks more comfortable when he is playing and in everything he does. Individually he is powerful and has a great shot on him. He has certain qualities that really help Madrid."
