They have continued to sign some of the best players in the bottom half over the past several years with the additions of Jorge de Frutos after the loan of Kike Perez from Real Valladolid. The Levante winger played for the Granotas in Segunda last season, but after failing to gain promotion, Levante are eager to earn money. According to Marca, the acquisition will cost about €5 million, plus €3 million in unforeseen costs. Additionally, Levante will retain 20% of the player's rights.
