RB Leipzig beats Cologne, 3-1

Christopher Nkunku, Dani Olmo and Angelino scored Leipzig as they claim the fourth place in Bundesliga. Cologne had a hard time containing the hosts who kept the pressure up right from the first minute. Christopher Nkunku fired the first goal with a free-kick from the edge of the box. With a long-range effort Dani Olmo set up RB Leipzig with a two-goal lead and Angelino put the game out of reach for Cologne with the third goal.

After conceding three-goal one after another, Cologne answered with one goal of their own with Tim Lemperle hitting back at stoppage time. The team even searched for the fourth goal and had one within reach as well but Cologne goalkeeper Marvin Schwabe denied Nkunku his second goal of the day.
