RB Leipzig part ways with Marco Rose

RB Leipzig dismissed head coach Marco Rose from his duties on Sunday. The decision takes effect immediately. His assistants Alexander Zickler, Marco Kurth, and Frank Geideck, along with Frank Aehlig (Head of Licensed Players), have also left their positions.

The club will announce soon who will manage the team until the end of the season," the statement read.

In the latest round, Leipzig suffered an away defeat to Borussia Mönchengladbach, losing 0-1. After 27 rounds, the Bulls find themselves in sixth place in the Bundesliga.

The club has not yet announced a successor, sparking speculation in the sports community. Names are already being tossed around for who could step in and turn the season around. The Leipzig faithful are left wondering what the future holds for their beloved team as they look to regain their competitive edge in the league.
