RB Leipzig troubles Bayern with 2-0 win over Stuttgart

RB Leipzig has trimmed Bayern Munich’s lead at the top to just seven points now. Bayern is hoping to get their hands on the title early this season but the weekend break now makes them wait for more. Only three more games are left in the league now and Leipzig is running out of time in their title chase this season but takes a positive step forward by beating Stuttgart by 2-0.

Emil Forsberg scored the second goal for the team by converting a penalty in the second half against the 10 men team. Leipzig stills stay in contention for the title after the defending champions lost by 2-1 against Mainz in their chase for the 9th Bundesliga title. Stuttgart was reduced to a 10 men army after 12 minutes in when defender Naouirou Ahamadawas given a red card. Amadou Haidara later handed Leipzig a lead after halftime.
