Real Madrid are preparing to officially announce Arda Güler’s contract renewal after reaching a formal agreement with the Turkish international, according to press.

The two parties initially reached a verbal understanding last September before finalising the extension in writing. An official announcement from the Spanish giants is now expected shortly.

Güler joined Real Madrid from Fenerbahçe in the summer of 2023 and has steadily developed into an increasingly influential member of the squad. His technical ability, creativity and attacking contribution have strengthened his position within the team.

The 21-year-old has made an impressive start to the current campaign, registering three goals and four assists across 11 appearances for the reigning Spanish powerhouse.

By securing his future, Real Madrid are seeking to maintain continuity within their project and retain a player whose performances suggest he could become an important figure in the club’s long-term plans.
