Saint-Etienne and Angers draw up 2-2

The pressure on Claude Puel is immense as Saint-Etienne stays at the bottom of the table in the French League. Saint-Etienne had to rely on an injury-time equalizer by Mickael Nade as they climbed back from two goals down to walk away with one point from the Ligue 1 matchup. The Drama filled night saw the match delayed when the host's angry fans threw flares onto the field, the match was thus pushed forward by an hour. The fans even showcased a banner asking for Claude Puel to be sacked as the team remains winless this season.

After a long delay, Angers launched into action and found a 2-0 lead with goals by Ismael Traore and Angelo Fulgini. Actions from Angers end seized from thereon as Saint-Etienne built pressure and Whabi Khazri curled in a superb free-kick at 61st minute to cut the lead in half until Nade’s last-minute goal leveled the score.
