Ismaila Sarr wrote his name into UEFA Europa Conference League history by scoring the fastest goal ever recorded in the competition. The Senegalese forward struck after only 21 seconds in the semi‑final first leg against Shakhtar Donetsk, capitalising on an aggressive start that immediately unsettled the Ukrainian side’s defence. His early breakthrough gave his team a crucial advantage in one of the most significant matches of their European campaign.

The goal surpassed the previous record for the quickest strike in the tournament, further underlining Sarr’s growing influence throughout this season’s knockout rounds. The winger has been a decisive figure on the continental stage, consistently delivering high‑impact performances and proving vital to his team’s progress. As the competition reaches its decisive phase, Sarr aims to maintain his momentum, guide his side into the final and continue building a standout European run that has already earned him widespread recognition.
