There is something about Paul Scholes' unconcerned way in which he lashes out against Manchester United when things aren't going according to plan that we just love. We still can't figure out what it is exactly, but he has a way of putting things that makes it much more easier to understand and seems a bit harsh for the club but these things need to get fixed.
After the loss at Watford working as a pundit, Paul Scholes gave his opinion about the defeat: "The quality on the ball is as poor as you will ever see from a Manchester United team. But that's the way it is at the moment. You are not sure what you are going to get! Rashford is the only shining light really and he didn't have his best game. He looked a threat but in possession, United looked really, really poor. I think individually they were not good enough. In possession they were sloppy and giving the ball away all the time."
"You need someone who can stop the play as well, someone who can stop the opposition but who is capable of controlling a game of football as well, playing forward and passing forward. I can't understand why Michael Carrick is here. He looked like he was leaving last year and he's not been involved for a minute this season. What he has done, I don't know. Schweinsteiger he is not keen on either. I just think that they need to get a playmaker in there. At the end of the day, you are Manchester United and you are coming to Watford. You're not going to Arsenal!"
