The Granata have come back from finding themselves a goal down on two occasions this season, but had never recovered from going behind twice.

“Yesterday, I pointed out that we had never won a thrilling match like this, but today we did. We rarely have been able to come back from behind to win,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia after a 3-2 victory.

“This was the classic cursed game, they scored on their first attack, we missed a penalty and we suffered mentally after that by missing a lot of chances”.

This result has set a new all-time club record of 60 Serie A points, at least during the three points for a win era.

“We are now on 60 points, but we still don’t know if we will qualify for Europe or not. There are two finals left to play”.
