Shan United contributed K2 million to COVID-19 centres

Firstly, Shan United Football Club contributed K1 million to the Ayeyawady Centre for combatting COVID-19 pandemic across the country, announced by Shan United FC on their official social media page.

The donation was made by the team’s captain and goalkeeper Thiha Sithu on behalf of the football club and its fans. Next, Shan United also donated K1 million to the Inya Centre for better support of doctors, nurses, patients and volunteers working at the centre.

Previously, other Myanmar National League football clubs: Yangon United and Ayeyawady United respectively contributed to the COVID-19 centres in Yangon to combat the threatening of the pandemic.
