Shaw thinks Schweinsteiger's return is of great help

This is something at least surprising, Jose Mourinho is trying to play out every single alternative he has in order to get the results he's been lacking lately. The stats don't lie, they suggest he's had a worse start than David Moyes during his time with the Red Devils. This has prompted Mourinho to look at all his options and call German outcast Bastian Schweinsteiger, this Monday he trained alongside all his teammates.

Luke Shaw expressed how happy he was for having Schweini back: "It is great to see him back. It is a great boost for us, the experience and the quality that he brings. The quality he possesses is a boost for our team and I am so glad to have him back. We found out the news a couple of days ago and it is so great to have him back. He is a big influence in the dressing room and obviously on the pitch, especially for the young players like myself."

But Mourinho doesn't want anyone getting their hopes up, he told the press that playing for Bastian would be complicated: "I think it's very difficult to happen. I'm not saying it’s impossible. I'm saying it’s very difficult. We have a decision completely made about Paul Pogba, Ander Herrera, Morgan Schneiderlin, Marouane Fellaini and Michael Carrick. We have five players for two positions. It's very difficult that an opportunity will arrive."
