Thomas Tuchel's first Chelsea win

Chelsea gets back to winning ways with a 2-0 win over Burnley, picking up their first victory under Thomas Tuchel after the last match ended in a draw. Chelsea worked hard to grab the three points with goals by Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso. Burnley though not much of a threat were on a three unbeaten run and had recently won at Anfield and thus taking them lightly would have been a mistake and Tuchel knew that.

In the first half itself, Blues took a lead with Azpilicueta scoring for them and Alonso scored later in the second half. Marcos Alonso’s return works wonders for Chelsea, the Spanish defender makes a comeback after Frank Lampard froze the player out for four months. Chelsea’s defense was strong as well Burnley made their first attempt on goal at the 94th minute which hit the crossbar.
