Title is difficult, but Liverpool do not slow down and 'run over' Tottenham

Liverpool overcame the 'missteps' made against Everton and West Ham, which left them practically excluded from the fight for the title of English champion, and returned to triumphs, by hosting and beating Tottenham, by a resounding 4-2.

Home team took the lead after the 16th minute, by Mohamed Salah, who was selected as starter, despite of 'misunderstanding' with Jurgen Klopp, last weekend.

From then on, the Reds no longer 'slowed down', so the score gradually expanded, with accurate shots from Andrew Robertson, Cody Gakpo and Harvey Elliott, in the 45th, 50th and 59th minutes, which deserved a 'response' from Richarlison and Son Heung-min.

All in all, with this triumph, Liverpool now have 78 points, which leaves them in third place in the table, five points behind the leader, Arsenal, and four behind second-placed, Manchester City (who have a game overdue).
