Paris Saint‑Germain began their Champions League title defence in dominant fashion, sweeping aside Slovan Bratislava 6‑1 to extend their unbeaten European run to 12 matches. Ousmane Dembélé set the tone, scoring twice and assisting Ferran Torres for PSG’s third after early pressure and key saves from Dominik Takac. Torres, relentless throughout, missed several chances before finally exploding after the break, adding two more goals to complete a superb hat‑trick.

Maghnes Akliouce’s driving run created Torres’s second, while a Dembélé corner delivered his third. Slovan’s Suleiman Camara produced a deserved consolation with a powerful strike past Illia Zabarnyi, but the visitors were overwhelmed by PSG’s intensity. Fabian Ruiz added a late sixth after Luis Enrique rotated heavily with the result secure. The win helps PSG reset after a four‑match domestic slump and strengthens their bid to become only the fifth club to win three consecutive European Cup or Champions League titles.
