Tottenham target Lucien Agoume transfer from Sevilla

Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing Sevilla's Lucien Agoumé as a potential midfield reinforcement, with new manager Thomas Frank keen to strengthen the squad ahead of the new season. Despite completing deals for Mathys Tel (£29.5m), Kevin Danso, and Kota Takai, Spurs have missed out on key targets like Johnny Cardoso—now likely to join Atletico Madrid—and Bryan Mbeumo, who prefers Manchester United. Another long-term target, Ronny Bardghji, appears Barcelona-bound after Copenhagen accepted an offer.

With Yves Bissouma potentially on his way out, Tottenham are looking to add depth in defensive midfield, where Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall, and Rodrigo Bentancur are current options. According to Fichajes, Spurs are among several Premier League clubs interested in Agoumé, as they aim to bolster crucial positions before the transfer window closes. Expect continued activity from the North London club in the coming weeks.
