Milan has identified Nikola Krstovic of Lecce and Lorenzo Lucca of Udinese as possible backup attackers for the next campaign. As Santiago Gimenez's backup attackers in 2025–2026, Milan is interested in Serie A players Lucca and Krstovic. Before acquiring Gimenez from Feyenoord, the center forwards, who each cost €25 million, were scouted during the January transfer window.
Although Lucca has already been connected to Inter and Napoli. Nottingham Forest, a Premier League team, is also interested in the Italian center striker. This season, Lucca has scored 10 goals in 28 Serie A games. Lucca looks up to Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and the Rossoneri believe that the former striker's influence will persuade the 24-year-old to choose San Siro's black and red side. Krstovic, who scored 10 goals in 29 Serie A games in 2024–25, has similar numbers.
