Valencia 3-0 win over Getafe

Arnaut Danjuma opened his account for Valencia while Mouctar Diakhaby starred as they ended Getafe’s strong start to La Liga with a 3-0 win at Mestalla on Friday. Valencia struck first when Guinean defender Diakhaby rose highest to head in from a corner, setting the tone for a dominant night. Early in the second half, Javi Guerra sliced open the Getafe defence with a superb through ball that found Danjuma. The Dutch winger, who joined the club only three weeks ago, showed composure by curling a low right-footed shot inside the far post for his first goal in Valencia colours.

Hugo Duro sealed the victory deep into stoppage time, rounding off an impressive display. The result leaves Valencia with a win, a draw, and a loss from their opening three games, while Getafe slipped after a bright start that had placed them fifth.
