Venezia could not force a win against 10 men Torino

Josip Brekalo opened the score for Torino giving them a lead early in the second half. Venezia’s Mattia Aramu then struck a goal past Torino's goalkeeper to cancel out Torino’s lead. Venezia then could not take find a win past a 10 men Torino after Koffi Djidji was sent off at 76th minute. The two Serie A clubs ended up sharing the spoils on a Monday night. Venezia was hosting Torino at the Stadio Penzo hoping to seal an easy three points from the home match, but could just walk away with a point each.

The Granata now remain unbeaten in the four games, and Venezia remains 17th on the Serie A table level on points with Spezia with four points in the league
