Villa enjoy a double boost ahead of Everton clash

Dean Smith could have two of Villa’s key players return to the lineup that is set to face Everton in the Premier League fixture. After completing the quarantine requirements in Croatia, Emiliano Buendia and Emiliano Martinez would be available for the weekend clash.

Villa pair were placed in the doubtful category as they had been away on international duty with Argentina. After the World Cup qualifier against Brazil was abandoned the duo sent home early and as Croatia is under the green list of countries they would not have to serve time in quarantine and play in the weekend matchup. Both the players would be assessed before Smith could include their name in the starting XI at Villa Park.
