The Wolves have submitted an official offer of €20 million to Getafe for midfielder Christantus Uche, as reported by a journalist focused on Wolverhampton affairs.

Discussions are progressing to seal the deal, with the English side eager to finalize the transfer swiftly. Sources indicate that negotiations with the player's representatives are also underway.

For context, the Nigerian attacking midfielder moved to Getafe from Ceuta just last year for €500,000. Last season, he featured in 38 matches, netting 4 goals and registering 7 assists. He has already made his debut for Nigeria, appearing in 2 matches this year. According to Transfermarkt, his market value stands at €8 million.

Uche wasn’t just a player at Getafe, he was a heartbeat in midfield, a maestro who could dictate play with a flick of his boot.
